Everyone's Welcome!
Even if you haven't touched clay since Primary School, you're more than welcome to join us and learn how to play with clay again! We have people from all different backgrounds, who soon get the clay bug and realise they were more capable than they thought in creating with clay.
We off 6 week courses in the basics of ceramics, learning both handbuilding and wheel work. We also have wheel work only 4 week courses. These courses are run throughout the year and have different intake dates.
If you just want a little taster of pottery I offer private group sessions which can be booked for wheel work only or handbuilding. 2 hour private lessons on wheel work is £55 for a 121 or £35pp for 2 people booking on. In this 2 hours, you can create up to 3 items which can be glazed at a later date. Handbuilding for a group of 4-6 people is £30 for 2 hours, where you can come along and make your own bowl or plate, glazing it in the same session.
